Liz received her Coach Training from Coach University-a worldwide leader in Coach education. In addition, she earned a Bachelor’s degree from The University of Binghamton in Literature and Communications and a Master’s degree in Education and Psychology from Long Island University. Liz has over twenty years of experience as a teacher, trainer and consultant.
Liz works with women who are ready to take their lives and businesses to the next level. These women are all smart, driven, and super hard working. They all know what to do to be happier and more successful, but they can’t figure out how to get themselves to do those things. They feel paralyzed and confused by their own sub-par results and inertia. Maybe you can relate.
